Payment agreement

A valid credit card must be on file for all booked services.

You agree to be financially responsible for all charges regardless of any applicable insurance or benefit payments, third-party interest, or the resolution of any legal action or lawsuits in which you may be involved.

Payment is expected at time of service unless you have made other payment arrangements with us.

No refunds are given for any service provided.

Cancellations and
Late appointments

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation and/or rescheduling of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. To help with this, a reminder email and text will be sent 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Payment is due before your next appointment.

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late starts. Please be ready on time to your appointment.

If I arrive at the session destination and there is nobody available to receive me for up to 15 minutes after session start time we will assume you cancelled and charge you accordingly.

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Mobile massage requirements

Mobile massage is a convenient way to receive massage in the comfort of your own home. You provide the space, and I take care of the rest, but I have some general guidelines for mobile massage sessions to help you decide if it’s right for you.

Location: Your home must be located within 50 miles of 98178.

Parking: Since I travel with a portable massage table and large rolling suitcase, it’s helpful to be mindful of parking nearby. During our Intro Call, we’ll talk about parking and any walking distance I should be aware of.

Space: A minimum area of 6’ by 9’ clear of furniture and items on the floor is needed. Unsure? Lay down on the floor and make a snow angel to get an idea.

Don’t be afraid to look at spaces in your home creatively. I’ve easily set up in living rooms, dining rooms, spare rooms, and bedrooms with a little nudge of couches, tables, and workout equipment out of the way.

Time: 30 minutes for set up and take down are needed in addition to your massage minutes, so for example, a regular 60 minute massage actually takes place within 90 minutes. You don’t need to be with me during set up and take down, so you can continue your work or get ready for what’s next as I’m packing up.

Sink Access: In order to maintain legal health standards, I require access to a bathroom or kitchen sink to wash hands and supplies during your appointment.

Electrical Outlet Access: While not required, it is ideal to set up within 10 feet of a working electrical outlet so that I can use my table heater, water kettle, hot stones, and speaker charger. I come ready with an extension cord if the outlet is further away from my work area.

Environment: While it’s preferred during a quiet time where there is no noise and foot traffic around the house, we don’t always live in a perfect world. Kids, pets, and busy, multigenerational homes make up the real world, and so I am fairly flexible when working as long as you’re able to find comfort and relaxation.
